Seedsummit - Startup legal hub with founders & angels document templates

We are so excited to share Seedsummit with you all: the European full-stack resource for your early-stage legal needs.  With Seedsummit, startup founders and angels can access free, simple, and vetted legal document templates, such as a founders' agreement, advisor agreement, and term sheet.  We know how complex it is to start a company and that’s why we’re collaborating with top European law firms and VC funds to democratise access to those all-important legal docs and minimise costly mistakes later down the track. We hope this can help founders and angel investors all across Europe and give you comfort that you’re embarking on your startup journey on a solid legal footing.
