As a startup owner that's looking to raise Seed, this is very useful! Key questions are; 1. How do you get the list? 2. Can you filter by type of investment (B2C, Seed, Series A etc...) 3. Can you have a look at previous investments?
Would also love some more London contacts!

1. The list is online as a web app right now. Currently not in a downloadable format. Is that what you were asking? 2. You can sort the firms by 'Stage' but right now you can't actually filter. This is a good suggestion....coming soon!! 3. We didn't enter data on previous investments but you can check out the firm or investor pages. Would you like to see previous investments??

it would be great to have some detail on their focus, e.g. early-stage, seed, series, &c. and option to tag, bookmark or filter to follow up later.

thanks for that. the firms have some details on stages, but we are missing a lot of details for focus areas of the individual investors. I will keep adding data! And that is a good idea to bookmark for later follow up - should be able to add that in a couple days.
This is also my feedback. It's a very cool idea, but must have the ability to filter according to focus area, otherwise both sides will spend a lot of energy on a mismatch...

Hey Product Hunt, I hope this list of investors will be helpful! You can look at lists of individual investors or their firms. The lists have: - Social media contacts - Firm information - Location - Email addresses - And the investors can update their information to keep it fresh You can also leave comments about the investor/firm to help other founders learn more about them. Some of the information is incomplete, but we'll keep working to make it better!! 🙏 Please leave a comment here about how to make the list more valuable to you!
Interesting list! I was wondering if is possible to select a specific market or area of activity, such as pharmaceutical but didn't find it

thanks for checking it out! there is not option for filtering - right now it's just sortable. But adding a filter is one of the next things on the list. Thanks for suggesting!
how does this compare to signal.nfx.com?

signal is really great, nothing bad to say. but for me personally, it wasn't very helpful. once you create an account you still can't email investors until you have some "path" to them. I wanted a list that included contact details. I know we still have some data to add, but at least we have email and SM links which is what I was looking for. I'm sure signal is awesome, just wasn't the solution I wanted.

Are there a list of Private equity/Indian Angels?

I have some data for PE, but hadn't listed yet. most of the folks using Seedproof are in the early stages and I didn't think private equity would be that useful. As far as Indian Angels, we need to collect a lot more data because that is data our users definitely want
