@jennifersmith6, I love the idea. However, unless I missed something, I am unable to get it to work properly. - The yellow cursor callouts not positioned where I clicked. - It records snapshots with the yellow callouts on random parts of the page, that aren't significant to my tutorial. - It doesn't capture snaps of the whole recording. The last few clicks were done on a new page (within the same browser tab) but it didn't record any of those clicks.

Great job @jennifersmith6! This reminds me of StepShot (which was acquired and later shut down). Awesome to see a similar product, and I think your implementation and software is even easier to use. One thing I noticed was on the PDF export there is Scribe branding and website links in the footer. Is there any way to remove this? I don't see a premium or paid version on your site beta to remove this branding. Thanks

@chad_fullerton were you a customer of StepShot before the acquisition? Offline version was recently updated and shared with all license owners.

@sasha_reminnyi Yes, I downloaded the offline version. I believe the deadline is June 15. But the product has been killed off, no more updates or support. It still works though if you get the offline version before the deadline.

@chad_fullerton we don't have a premium/paid version of scribe yet. have had a several requests now for ability to customize branding/color scheme/etc, so we may build this out. next up is better sharing capabilities (e.g., exporting to a website, not just a PDF)

I can see a lot of use cases for this at my company, for training external facing / sales teams on new tools without requiring them all to join a video demo synchronously. Nice product!

Just downloaded Cursive and tried it out. Easy to use and I can think of many use cases. I am a coach and teacher, and can use this to create online how-to documents and videos for my clients. I was thinking this could be also useful for online course creation as well.
