I used this product to create a few short tutorials and was surprised by how customizable it is. It comes with a built-in screen recorded (+ audio and webcam recorder), a rich video editor and many export options. I liked that you can create interactive videos with hotspots and directly export it into HTML. The export in GIF can be used for brief instructions. I know one of the makers and they have experience in this kind of editing applications. If you have any question on how to do something, you can ask them directly in their live chat (either on the website or app). Alternatively, I found the How-To page very useful to start with. Please share your thoughts and give them feedback to improve the product.
