Love this. Finally something I can build my own itineraries quickly and easily and it's beautiful and shareable. One suggestion (already sent to Feedback): Allow for a "place" to span or be used multiple days/times. ie, accommodations or meetings.

@nateritter Thanks for the feedback Nate. We've heard that a couple times (e.g., surf lessons span multiple days) and figuring out a good way for it. For accommodations like an Airbnb, a little known "hack" for now is to add airbnb anywhere in the notes and it will allow you to add it to multiple days.

Also, any thoughts on integrating with TripIt? They already have the bulk of my travel information, and if creating a trip in TripIt would also create one in Scout, and if you could auto-add new elements from a TripIt trip to Scout (like hotel and dining reservations), it would save a lot of data entry, and make using Scout to fill in the finer details of an itinerary an absolute no brainer.

@mdevens Thanks Marc! That would save a lot time. They do have an API too 👀Interesting idea and we'll think more about it later on.

Super cool concept! I had notes of places to visit (with links to google maps) on Notion that I shared to some friends. Few things: - The Japan trip on the homepage doesn't exist. - That would be great to be able to add a section without a specific location for general tips (things to avoid, how to say something in the local language and so on...)
Eric Mao
@simoelalj Thanks Simo! Scout automatically has links to Google Maps (and Yelp, TripAdvisor) so it'll save you time from having to do that. -I just checked the Japan Trip link and still works for me. Email me at eric@scoutexplore.com if you're still having problems though. -Great feedback, we've heard that from others too and will have that in the future Let me know any other thoughts :)

Great product Eric and Henry! Easy to use and beautifully designed. Will this be available in other languages in the future? I can see people from all corners of the world using this :)
Eric Mao
@amykao02 Thank you Amy! In the future yes, we have global ambitions :) But in the near-term we're focusing on making a great travel planner in English first
