Nice! Is there a possibility to add salaries of attendees manually and visualize the cost of a meeting? Or is integration with an HR system a requirement? This would be an interesting entry level offering.

Hi Grant, sure! You can either connect the HR system or upload a CSV with the data that you want, so no, to connect the HR system is not a requirement although we believe its easier and we support all major HR systems.

Great idea and smart way to keep team efficiency high. I like the "similar to a flight...", really puts it in perspective! What are the levers besides salary? Or is that the primary means of calculating the cost of the meeting?

Hi Justin. Right now is only salary. At Scalar OS we are starting to understand other hidden costs such as breaking the maker flow of someone, the context switching costs or increasing its meeting fatigue and leaving them less productive for the rest of the day
How exact do you count cost of meetings ?

Hi Tomas, its just a matter of taking into account the attendees, their salary per minute and the duration of the meeting.
