Practice makes perfect. Especially in sales. But how do you create sufficient practice moments, without burning through real leads? Traditional onboarding programs and manager role-plays are valuable, but they don't scale. Most sales reps are only reaching full productivity after 6 months at the job, and get fewer than two structured role-plays per month. With Salessims, reps can practice as many times as they want — at any hour, without scheduling, and without the social pressure of being judged by a colleague. The AI gives consistent, objective feedback every time, so coaching quality doesn't depend on who happens to be available. Each AI persona is configured with your specific product description, target buyer profile, typical objections, and industry context. You can create multiple personas for different segments (e.g. enterprise vs. SMB, or different verticals), and personas can be updated at any time as your sales motion evolves.

@yvar_verseef This is a thoughtful breakdown of the real scaling problem in sales training. The insight about rep productivity timelines and structured feedback being bottlenecked by manager availability rings true across most orgs I talk to. One thing worth considering as you grow: teams will eventually want to track which objections or scenarios are giving reps the most trouble across the org, so they can identify skill gaps and prioritize coaching. That kind of aggregate pattern visibility tends to unlock better training ROI than individual practice alone.

@osakasaul Hi Saul, thank you for your feedback! Our tool comes with a per person progress dashboard, where the user can listen back to conversations, read feedback and improvement points. The team admin (so a sales team lead / sales enablement manager) can track progress of the entire team!
