Routine iOS - Sunrise + Notion + Todoist

Routine (YC W21) is super calendar (with tasks, notes etc.): 🛟 Capture all your thoughts in a fraction of a second 💾 Bring your tasks from other tools (email, chat, project management etc.) 📅 Plan your work (block time etc.) 🎯 Focus on what matters today

I've been using routine as my main calendar for a few months now and it's great. It integrates with my google calendar which is amazing as things like invites to events appear right in my inbox in the application. The UI is stunning and UX is intuitive. New features get released on a regular basis which is great and I would recommend joining the official Discord as that is a great way to know what has been added and what is to come. One look at the roadmap for this app will tell you that this is shaping up to be one of the best apps for productivity, containing many features that you would usually have to use multiple applications for. For me, the most powerful feature is the task management. Having tried every todo list and task manager under the sun, I can confidently say that being able to create, organise and drag tasks straight onto your agenda is the best way that this feature can be implemented. My workflow goes as follows: At the start of the week, I will add all of the tasks that I know I need to complete into the weekly section of the app. These will sit on the left side of your calendar. Then each day, I can simply drag the tasks I intend to complete straight onto my calendar and allocate time for them. Any miscellaneous tasks I can add straight into my agenda for the day and so nothing gets forgotten. This app is great for: - Students As a student myself, I can have my timetable, assignments and daily tasks all in one place. Notifications for events have saved me countless times. - Employees Very soon, Zoom will get full integration into Routine, allowing for you to jump straight into any meetings, right from your calendar. Additionally, any invites to meetings will appear in your inbox and you can accept them with one click and they will be placed into your calendar. - Literally anyone Routine supports integration with apps like Notion, which you can create pretty much anything such as workflows, To-Do lists, project ideas or even journals. This feature is great as any tasks that you create within a note will also appear with the rest of your tasks and can be allocated time seamlessly. Even though Routine is in its early stages, I have not looked back since switching as I believe that this is the true replacement to so many apps that you currently use.

It looks like Routine could also fulfill our team's project management needs, right? You should also get the web version up and running soon, haha! Additionally, I'm guessing the iOS version was developed using SwiftUI? And what about Android?
Julien Quintard
Hey @bonvisions. Project management is coming early next year. We do have a Web version already. Yes the iOS app is in SwiftUI. Android will come next year.
