What should it keep by default?

Right now Routine Cleanup keeps the newest N runs you choose, every run you replied in, and any run whose transcript is gone. Everything else is shown in a plan before anything is deleted.

A few things I'm weighing for the next version:

- Keep by age instead of by count ("keep the last 14 days")

- A saved default per task, so you don't repeat it each time

- A reminder when a task passes a set number of runs

Which of these would you actually use? Or is there a rule I'm missing?
