New before launch: RoastWeb now scores how ready your site is for AI search

Quick build-log update before the Sept 22 launch. A few things shipped this week that I am pretty happy with. AI Search Readiness scores. Every roast now checks how ready your page is to get picked up by AI answer engines, split into four scores you can actually act on:

- GEO: can AI crawlers reach and understand you (llms.txt, robots, structured data)

- AEO: can an assistant lift a direct answer from your page (FAQ, clean headings, a quotable lead)

- LLMO: is your brand unambiguous to a model (Organization schema, sameAs, title and H1 that agree)

- SXO: does the click from an AI answer land somewhere useful (mobile, a clear next step, real content)

Each one is a 0 to 100 with per-check pass or fail, so you know exactly what is missing.

The old loading screen just said "scanning" and lied about how long it takes. Now you see each stage as it happens with real timings, and an honest recap at the end. Most of the wait is Google PageSpeed loading your page for real, and now you can see that instead of guessing.

The AI fix prompt got a lot better.
Unlock the fix report and you get a prompt written like a senior engineer would brief another one: work only from the findings, smallest root-cause fix, questions first, before-and-after per fix. It now covers the AI-search fixes too (llms.txt, FAQ schema, Organization + sameAs), not just speed and SEO. Paste it into Claude or Cursor and it does the work.

Also new: a dark diagnostic-report card for every roast, and an embeddable badge if you want to show your score.

Honest note on speed: a roast takes about 30 to 45 seconds, not the "10 seconds" I said earlier. It runs your page through real Google PageSpeed, which is the slow part, and I would rather be honest about it than fake a number.

Free tier still shows every score and what is wrong. Credits unlock the fix report, the code, and the AI prompt.
