RoadDXF

RoadDXF - Map to AutoCAD: roads, parcels, and addresses in seconds.

by
Draw a bounding box on any US address. RoadDXF pulls roads from OpenStreetMap, parcel boundaries and APNs from official county assessors, and building footprints, then packages everything into a DXF file ready to open in AutoCAD or DXF viewer. Make-ready engineers and OSP fiber designers spend hours hand-tracing roads and property lines before they can start a drawing. This eliminates that step entirely. 37 US states covered statewide, ~85% of the US population. No GIS software needed.

I spent 10 years in AutoCAD tracing roads/streets from Google Earth in AutoCAD. The GIS setup work alone, finding the county portal, downloading shapefiles, converting formats, would kill an hour before a line was drawn. RoadDXF started as a tool to fix that for myself. Draw a box, get a DXF with named layers. Parcel coverage is now at 37 US states statewide with real assessor data (APNs, situs addresses, lot boundaries). I add more counties every week. Happy to answer questions about how it works or what coverage you need.
