Reworking.com was created to help with the growing number of applicants applying for each job in the modern day. Lots of talent getting overlook, lots of time and money spent on interviewing and no-shows. Having logistical issues for both the applicant and the employers. Reworking aims to solve all of these issues by creating an all-in-one recruitment platform which can be used for you and your team at any time that suits you. With everything from personalized question packs to shortlisted and having the options to view CV's or not allows you to maintain the freedom you have and need when hiring. All of this, whilst saving time and ultimately saving costs, which is good for everyone.
