What is the datasource for the email discovery? Are you using the email from the profile contact info or some other data source?

Hi Fabian, we use several different sources, Gmail is one of them
So you are mainly getting private email not business one?

no, it searches for business emails. The search mechanics is our know-how and I can't provide the details, but answering your question - the extension searches for business emails.
I've used the chrome extension when it was just able to search one by one which was nice but when it evolved and now allows bulk email search as well made my life so much easier. The best part is it's in real time so only verified emails are returned and once the bulk search is done it's as simple as clicking on the campaign and moving that list into a campaign from the extension. BOOM!

Thank you for this! I was so disheartened when LinkedIn Sales Navigator was decommissioned in March and I've been hunting around for a replacement.
Hi guys! Could you please help - I tried to use it, registered, clicked "find emails", it opened Linkedin search results but there's no "Scraper" menu in my extension. And I don't see any emails either.

Hi Ruslan, thanks for asking. You need to install another plugin by Reply - Name2Email. Together with the extension they will do bulk search of emails on LinkedIn. Please find more details here - emails.reply.io Sorry for inconvenience, we were short of time releasing this functionality
Olivia, thank you for the prompt reply! I'm sorry, maybe I'm doing something wrong - I've installed Name2email, reopened my browser, and still can't test the extension. When I press the extension icon, then press "Find emails", it opens Linkedin but still doesn't show the Scraper menu as it shown in your screenshots. You can DM me on FB or Linkedin if this thread is not an appropriate place for such instructions :)

We do have this option. It is off by default and you can enable it via Settings. However, we only allow to use it for recruitment processes (when you can't send a job offer to a candidate corporate email address).
