• Drafts a reply to each one in the reviewer's own language

• Learns your voice from your store listing + past replies, so it sounds like you, not a template

• You approve everything before it posts (or let it auto-publish only the rules you trust)

• Signal feed ranks recurring complaints by what to fix first

• Baked in MCP server, so an AI agent can run your review desk as you need.
