I see most of the reviews on here for Renderforst are 1 - 4 years old. There are no reviews within the last 6 months and I think my updated review is needed. At one time this company seemed to be a good service but they have not updated their product much in the last 4-5 years. Many of the templates are old / outdated, duplicates offered as an additional templates, and poor customization options. Their email customer service (Lusi) works hard to make it seem like Renderforst is fair and worth the $120 yearly membership I paid. I strongly disagree that Renderforest is fair or a quality company. In my opinion, they are looking to profit off customers via their terms and conditions. It sucks because you pay a monthly membership (mine was ~$120 per year) and I paid for over 2 years while each month they give you a certain amount of credits to use..which roll over each month as well. Over this 2 year time period, I gained 345 HD video credits, 7000+ logo credits, 2000+ graphics credits, and 200+ mock up credits to use while not seeing any new videos templates or any real updates to their site. My credit built up this high over 2 years due to limited use but this did not prevent me from paying the yearly membership in full and on time. Then when I tried to pause my membership so I use up my credits before paying for the next year, they took them all away. When I messaged their customer service they told me is was my fault because in their terms and conditions it states that you will lose all your credits if you pause or cancel your membership. They told me I agreed to the terms (Like you have an option to reject their terms) and I was just at a loss. I did not request a refund and still do not want one..so they offered me 6 months to use the 2 years of credits before they expired. For me, this was a sign they do not take my complaints seriously and see me only as $$$. This is the first time I have purchased credits from a company, see my credits roll over each month for 2 years and then have them taken away. In my opinion, Renderforst has become a money hungry company that seeks to increase their profits by offering customers limited quality with no increasing value, while at the same time, increasing their yearly fees and saying their terms and conditions allows them to steal your paid, unused credits. I have seen other customers ask the company to not roll over credits each month due to the fact you will lose them when you cancel or pause your membership..but I think Renderforst only rolls over your credits to make it seem more valuable than what it is..and "helps" to support their reasoning for increasing fees. I would go with Magisto or any other company that has improved their product yearly and not only increased their fees year after year.

Really easy to use, clean UI, hundreds of great templates for video, logos, logo reveals, presentations, really HIGH QUALITY templates. I would love for the editor for the video character presentations to be improved. Have the ability to increase how much characters are used, and the editor to make better precise cuts. Clips should loop so it gives a better sharper cleaner look when using the same character. Overall excellent website.
