That could be useful (or opposite) for online services, ecommerce sites etc. to ask questions for actual user without any marketing scams.

That's one of our hopes. We want Relay to always be like a handy companion ready to help or distract.
One of the best things I've seen in a long time, it would be quite interesting to see it on mobile as well (eg. site owner adds iframe (like it's done with Analytics), chat is displayed only to users that have cookie from relay). Btw I've noticed this is working on localhost domains as well, if you do some threads and profile reputation magic, perhaps add in-app purchases and ngrok integration this could become Stack Overflow on steroids
