No way—an AI encyclopedia for personal use? That's genius! I can never find my old research notes when I need them. Does Recall handle images or just text?

Thanks for the comment Joey! Currently we don't support images but we do support text, articles, videos, podcasts and much more. For a full list of all the content that we support you can have a look at our docs here:

We all do it - save articles, bookmark videos, and collect information thinking we'll read it later, but then it just sits there forgotten in our endless digital pile. Recall finally solves this universal problem by turning your saved content into an AI-powered knowledge base you can actually chat with. It automatically summarizes everything you save, lets you ask questions about it, and even discovers connections between topics you never noticed.

Exactly the what we are doing. Thanks for your support!

This is the best summarizer! The chat feature is the cherry on top of the cake 🎂

 Thanks Dimah for your support!

Congratulations on launching this game-changing feature! 🎉 The ability to chat with curated content from YouTube, podcasts, PDFs, and personal notes sounds incredibly powerful. I'm curious - what was the biggest technical challenge you faced while building the chat functionality that can seamlessly work across such diverse content types? And how do you ensure the AI maintains context and accuracy when referencing specific sources during conversations?

This is the feature that made me decide to subscribe.

amazing to hear this Rose. Would love to get feedback once you have tried it out!

We’ve been working hard on this for months, and today’s the day 🎉

This release changes how you interact with knowledge: no more endless scrolling through tabs or buried notes. Instead, you get instant, sourced answers from exactly the material you trust.

Proud of what we’ve built together, and excited for what’s next 🚀

Lets go 🚀🚀🚀 Its amazing to see how far we have come!

Hey,

Congrats on shipping, supported, we went live today as well and would appreciate a look.

thanks Etien, appreciate it. Sure, I will take a look at your post.

Finally, a nice step forward. Congrats on the launch.

 thank you Henry.

This is a very compelling product. I really like it, and the landing page is exceptionally well designed.

Thanks Brandon. Glad you like the landing page. We actually considering doing a redesign

Huge congrats on the launch! Chatting with my own saved sources is exactly what's been missing from 'second brain' tools. Love the knowledge graph and tagging approach—makes it feel like an actual personal encyclopedia instead of a bookmark graveyard. A couple of quick Qs: (1) how well does chat handle very long videos/podcasts with rough transcripts, and (2) any plans for image/PDF tables extraction soon? Either way, this is a big step forward—cheers to the team! 🚀

Thanks for the message and the questions:
1. It handles it well since we use a RAG system so only the specific relevant sections of the content is sent to the LLM making the responses much higher quality
2. You can already upload PDFs. Here is a full list of what content we support:
For images, you can add them, but we don't create embeddings for them yet.
