Give it a try - It is free! Simply download Reason8 from the App Store. During the meeting, keep yours and your partners’ phones on the table and apps running. On completion, enjoy full meeting transcript with speaker attribution. Moreover, get a concise actionable report with highlights and automatically identified tasks. What to include is still under your control! Rest assured that nothing gets lost: any utterance can be replayed. Update other partners by sharing the report or the full transcript. We are just getting started! iOS application launched on stage in December 2017 at TechCrunch Disrupt Battlefield Berlin. Android version is coming soon. Further plans include post meeting analytics and productivity tips, work on phone and conference calls, integrations with Google services and communication tools like Slack and Zoom. Hey hunters, check out this cool app! Personally I am always struggling between having to take notes at meetings and trying to maintain close rapport with my meeting partners at the same time. On top of that, lots of work to do after to make the meeting work: following up on action items, sending reminders for follow up. All that at least doubles my meeting time. Reason8 promise a platform for in-person meetings, which solves all the relevant problems. Although currently it is just the beginning, the app is able to identify speakers with good accuracy using multiple smartphones - that makes transcript and summarization features rock!
Interesting, big challenge you are solving with this. Any comment on how you ensure data privacy since meeting recordings are usually pretty sensitive stuff?

we ensure the security of data with encryption in transit and at rest. Our computing infrastructure is provided by Amazon Web Services, which has been accredited under ISO 27001, SOC 1/SOC 2/SSAE 16/ISAE 3402, PCI Level 1, FISMA Moderate, and Sarbanes-Oxley.
Can this app be used for Zoom and Skype calls? Also can it do a combination of Zoom + Conference room meetings?

Cool! Sounds like Ava.me but it actually uses the data to create notes or to do lists? I’ll try it out this week 👍🏽

Was interested to try this... doesn't seem to work, single speaker didn't work on multiple devices and also multiple speakers with invites just says waiting for participants.

Thanks for feedback Neil) Currently we support two modes: For a single speaker it works on 1 phone, please use "For a single speaker" mode For multiple speakers, say 2 or 3 - the app should be launched (and the phones connected) on at least two phones. One hosts the meeting and other joins the same room. We plan to add support for more than 3 speakers in the nearest days =) Hope it helps :)
