One of the chatbots application I'm seeing a lot is people use them like to ask questions like FAQs which makes perfect sense since the environment is conversational.
I was excited to stumble upon this interesting tool, where you can upload your existing FAQ and then users can start asking textual questions in any way they can imagine. They position it as "somewhat like Google does for search" – you don’t fully understand what exactly you seek, but you still get relevant pages in search results.

@ekaterinaklink Great question! We continiously compare AutoFAQ's engine with giants' solutions (e.g. wit.ai and others). We provide better quality for intent recognition and matching paraphrased questions (btw - we are kaggling Quora right now, check @aphex34 at the leaderboard), expecially for one-shot learning. When you don't have much data, it is enough just to upload an FAQ or other set of question/answer pairs into the service - it gets the meaning without relying on keywords.
Currently, we are preparing a comparison overview based on open datasets.
@anatoly_marin Thank you) We provide an API, if you are building your own bot and are able to connect to our API (we will help you on our side), then it is easy. Otherwise, we will consider your email as a feature request for Messenger integration ;)
