Used by teachers and parents to help readers improve their reading fluency. Scan any text, then mark the starting and stopping points along with any errors made. The app will automatically calculate the accuracy percentage (aim for 96% or higher) and fluency.

I'm a teacher and a parent of a new reader (age: almost 6). I looked for an app that would help me calculate accuracy and reading rate but the existing option didn't work as I had hoped. I started "vibecoding" and took a FreeCodeCamp course in JavaScript. 55 hours later I had this app that I use with my son and will someday use in the classroom as well. When I use it with my son he likes seeing his results and almost always asks for another "go" at it. Seems to have some motivational value in addition to providing useful feedback for the reader and their teacher/parent.
