For OpenAI, Google and Telegram, the flow is: choose the service, compare available countries and current USD quotes, then purchase a number and follow its SMS status in the dashboard or API. OpenAI, ChatGPT and Codex phone-check scenarios use the OpenAI catalog entry. My own day-to-day OpenAI verification experience has been successful; acceptance still depends on the target platform.
