Hey everyone! I built Rafter & Framing Calc because I kept seeing tradespeople on jobsites doing rafter and framing math on paper, in their heads, or with calculator apps that clearly weren't designed for someone standing on a ladder with gloves on. The goal was simple: fraction-based input that actually works the way lumber measurements work, results you can read at a glance in bright sunlight, and zero subscription nonsense — pay once, it's yours. I'm a solo iOS designer/developer, so this was built end-to-end by one person who just wanted a tool that respected the trade. Would love to hear what you think, and if you're in construction/carpentry, what other tools you wish existed.
