What changed in QRetro since the 2023 launch: planning poker, team health, MCP

We launched here in January 2023 as a retrospective board. Enough has changed since that it is worth a summary for anyone following the product.

Planning poker. Estimation now lives in the same workspace as the retro: import a sprint from Jira or Linear, vote, reveal, and write the agreed estimate back to the tracker. Two deliberate limits — an estimate can never be typed in by hand, it only comes from revealed votes, and you cannot vote on someone else's behalf.

Team health and ROTI. Each session records a score per category, alignment and turnout, and shows where those are heading across previous retrospectives, so a bad sprint reads as a trend rather than a one-off complaint.

Agreements that survive the meeting. Action items carry an owner and a due date and roll into the next retrospective instead of dying in meeting notes.
