We launched here in January 2023 as a retrospective board. Enough has changed since that it is worth a summary for anyone following the product.
Planning poker. Estimation now lives in the same workspace as the retro: import a sprint from Jira or Linear, vote, reveal, and write the agreed estimate back to the tracker. Two deliberate limits an estimate can never be typed in by hand, it only comes from revealed votes, and you cannot vote on someone else's behalf.
