Hi all, I’m Tariq, founder and CEO of Qatalog. I am incredibly excited to share the launch of Qatalog 2.0 in Beta with you all today, the most powerful, flexible, and intelligent system for work ever made. It enables anyone to create a made-to-measure Work Hub for their organization, in a fraction of the time and cost, without a single line of code. We are democratizing access to powerful custom software that was previously only accessible to the world’s largest companies. In less than a minute, customers can go from briefly describing their business to using their bespoke operating system, which centralizes all of their people, processes, and knowledge. Everything is completely configurable, allowing Qatalog to reproduce the business operations of any organization and make them digitally native. Say goodbye to clunky templates and tables and experience the magic of software designed just for you. Qatalog 2.0 also introduces Qatalog AI, the world’s first AI system that understands the needs of any organization and uses Qatalog’s infrastructure to design and build a bespoke platform, almost instantly. For instance, a global marketing agency might use Qatalog to manage its Clients, Campaigns, Consultants and Offices, while a tech company might want to manage its Customers, Products, Projects, and People. In each case, a bespoke platform is created with all the functionality required. All your operations and information is structured in a single platform that scales with you. As your organization grows and gets more complex, Qatalog’s intuitive structure makes sure no one gets lost. Work and information is accessible across the business, teams can share work easily, and collaboration happens naturally, meaning everyone can reach their full potential. If you’re interested in learning more about what Qatalog might look like for your business - please get in touch! @tariqrauf on twitter or tariq [at] qatalog.com Thank you, Tariq

@tariqrauf Using Qatalog is the best way I've worked in my startup journey. No more notes and information only in my head. No more old pages that are out of date and as a result the team doesn't use the product. In Qatalog everything that is being worked on is visible and in a way that just makes sense. And I'm a big fan of workflows - all processes written up as they happen and it's so easy to follow where you left it last time. Excited to be on this journey and I truly cannot imagine work without Qatalog anymore.

@tariqrauf ?makers I think I’m in the target audience here but — even though Qatalog seems super exciting — the website is so vague about its capabilities that I don’t feel confident that it might be worth investing any time into. And I say this with the best possible intentions. Here’s a 2 min video with my thoughts. Hope it helps.

Over the last three years we've carefully deconstructed all the elements of modern work and software and turned them into lego blocks, which can be customised and reconfigured to create a bespoke Work Hub that reflects the way you work. There are so many possibilities and I can't wait to see all the different systems that you build.
Marta Kutt
@pksunkara I love the workflows you've worked on! They are making sure everything that needs to be done for example with new joiners is actually done and there is a record of it for our SOC2 processes. Absolutely love it!

@pksunkara can you enumerate "all the elements of modern work and software"?
Pavan Kumar Sunkara
@chrismessina There are several things people use for work currently. Connections between things, Tasks, Pages, Discussions, Status of things, Metrics, Timelines, Bookmarks, Processes. We distilled each and every one of these to their core functionality and let you build a bespoke structure for your company by combining them.

@francescod_ales Thanks Francesco! Looking forward to your full review in a couple of weeks. Can't wait to see what you build!

Hey Product Hunt family 👋 You’ve all seen AI generated images, video, and text, but have you ever seen an AI design and build software products *instantly* that are perfectly tailored to run your business? This has never been done before, and Qatalog is the first company in the world to make it possible. I've been introduced to @tariqrauf recently who personally showed me Qatalog's latest version and I went "WHOA!" within 30 seconds. I've never seen anything like it before and I genuinely believe this is a massive force multiplier of how software products wil be built by both technical and non-technical users. Every business can now create a powerful, custom platform to manage their operations that centralizes their people, processes and knowledge. And it all happens in about 40 seconds flat. It puts an end to the endless hours setting up your workspace with clunky templates, spreadsheets and tables. It’s also the first meaningful alternative to the endless software sprawl that we’ve seen develop over the last decade. Instead, Qatalog allows you to create a bespoke system to run your business, with all the tools you need in one place. This is the future of software - and the UI is just stunning ❤️ Qatalog's team are all here today to answer your questions. Feel free to share your thoughts, feedback and questions below: ⤵️

Usually I don't comment here. But with this product I simply need to. I was dragged in to try the product, because of marketing and overall presentation. Really nicely done. Nice presentation and overall nice product, but I think this is very early and not yet there. Again, kudos to marketing buzzwords and presentation, but from product perspective not yet there. At least I compare it with basic version of G Docs. Or you can compare it with tools like https://jadealm.com/ and many others on market. At least that what I see when I use product. Even if you use AI in background.

@goramljak Hey Goran. Thanks for your feedback, both on the product and the marketing! Having used Qatalog for the past year I can promise you it's got a very different feel to Google Docs and gives you a robust structure to your work and collaborate that Google's suite of products really struggles to do. That's been my experience anyway!

I’ve lost count of the number of times during my career I’ve seen a new piece of software rolled out at work with great fanfare, only for it to be scrapped after 12 months. This typically happens because it doesn't really fit the way the company works, or because it’s not intuitive, meaning no one likes using it. Qatalog solves that problem by molding instantly to the structure of your company and its way of working. Everything across your Work Hub will feel familiar, because it’s completely customized to you.
Marta Kutt
I am Chief of Staff at Qatalog and, like many people in ops roles, my number one priority is ensuring that our company is operating as seamlessly as possible. But we’ve often had to adapt to tools that don’t reflect the way we really work. Information is spread across too many platforms, and gets lost when people change teams or leave. Routine processes, like onboarding, that should be automated, take way too much time. And all of this leads to friction. Which is why I think Qatalog 2.0 is so exciting. Finally, we have a tool that is representative of how we work - it just molds to your business. And instead of needing a stack of task managers, company wikis, and spreadsheets, Qatalog provides a single Work Hub, with all the functionality we need, that’s intuitive to use, where people can go to self-serve information.
Sam Ferris
The average worker switches between applications and websites 1,200 times per day, which adds up to around four hours a week! We’ve adopted far too many tools, and they’re frying our brain. Which is why Qatalog 2.0 is so game changing. In just a few seconds, it can build an entirely bespoke operating system that centralizes everything your team needs into a single source of truth. So you’ll never have to toggle endlessly between tabs again.

I’m so excited to share Qatalog 2.0 with the world. Our goal was to give people a digital space to work that feels like their own, but also make it beautiful, intuitive, and easy to navigate. I hope you like it!
Leo Mendoza
I'm Leo, the Director of Engineering at Qatalog, and I couldn't be more excited about Qatalog 2.0. With Qatalog, we've given everyone the freedom to work asynchronously. Before Qatalog, I was constantly chasing colleagues for updates or documents. With Qatalog, we have a single place to collaborate, make decisions, and centralize key documents. Even though my team is spread across the world, I always have context for what’s going on across the company. Thanks to a single Work Hub that's been customized to our exact fit, we can work when we want and where we want, without having a negative impact on the rest of the team. For me, this means I can plan my day to ensure I can spend more time with my young family. I love that Qatalog means everyone gets a chance to make their time work for them.
Liliya Rudakova
@leo_mendoza1 I would like to support Leo on this one! I currently work part time and every moment counts. Qatalog gives me the freedom to work asynchronously and use my limited time wisely. I know I am up-to-date on all the important information without the need of too many meetings and my work is visible without me having to structure it into some sort of reports and share it — it is all connected to my Profile and easily available for anyone in the team, who might need it.
