A project decision lands in Slack. The reason behind it is in a meeting. A deadline changes in a doc and a week later, someone s still working from the old plan.
we are building Pryveo because I ve seen how much time teams lose piecing that context back together. But I d love to hear from people who run projects every day:
How do you keep decisions, owners, and changes easy to find? And what context would you trust an AI to keep up to date?
We are getting Pryveo ready for launch and still going back and forth on one thing: the line people see first.
Three options we like, all taken from how we describe Pryveo today: For context, Pryveo keeps approved context from your work tools ready for you and your AI, and lets a team move a shared goal forward without pooling anyone's private memory.
Which one would make you click, and why? If none of them lands, tell us what you would expect to read instead.
Launches are where context gets lost fastest. The deadline sits in a calendar, the discussion in Slack, the spec in Notion and the status in Linear, and everyone carries a different piece.
Here is how a launch room works in Pryveo :
1. Create a Shared Goal for the launch and approve the places it can use, for example one Slack channel, the launch Notion page and the Linear project.
2. People and their AIs work from one attributed understanding, and every answer shows "Why I know this".
A pattern I keep seeing: the AI answer sounds right, but it's built on last week's info. A deadline that moved in Slack, a brief the client changed over email, a decision the team reversed in a meeting.
The model is fine. The context it has is old. how people here handle it :
- Do you paste a fresh summary into every new chat?
We keep running into the same problem: every new ChatGPT or Claude chat starts from zero, so you end up pasting the same project background, notes and decisions again and again.
