Pryveo | AI memory & context for teams

About

I run growth at Pryveo (pryveo.com). We're building shared memory for AI tools, so you and your team stop re-explaining the same context to every chat. Here to discover new products, learn from other makers, and talk about AI agents, context, and knowledge work. I always try to leave honest feedback on launches I like. Say hi on X or LinkedIn.

How do you keep AI up to speed on your project?

I keep running into this while building with AI: after a few sessions, I end up re-explaining the project, the decisions we made, and what changed.

How do you handle that? Do you keep a project file updated, rely on chat history, or have another system that works?

Founders and PMs: where does your project’s memory live?

A project decision lands in Slack. The reason behind it is in a meeting. A deadline changes in a doc and a week later, someone s still working from the old plan.

we are building Pryveo because I ve seen how much time teams lose piecing that context back together. But I d love to hear from people who run projects every day:

How do you keep decisions, owners, and changes easy to find? And what context would you trust an AI to keep up to date?

Walkthrough: running a product launch as a Shared Goal

Launches are where context gets lost fastest. The deadline sits in a calendar, the discussion in Slack, the spec in Notion and the status in Linear, and everyone carries a different piece.

Here is how a launch room works in Pryveo :

1. Create a Shared Goal for the launch and approve the places it can use, for example one Slack channel, the launch Notion page and the Linear project.

2. People and their AIs work from one attributed understanding, and every answer shows "Why I know this".
