Product Hunt for Mac could be improved. I know the team is upto a lot with developments on the web front, but this could be improved by making changes to the Mac menu bar app - some sort of write access to comment or upvote? Maybe launch an Android app too alongside?

Available in some sort on Mac.

Cons:

It's just a tiny app on the Mac menu bar, showing the latest topics, with no write access.

This is really cool! Will help Product Hunt now pervade (nearly) every crevice of my computer. This will do interesting things for my productivity :P

Awesome, simple app. Can we get a quick way to clear out the unseen post count, either all at once or with the click of an icon on each post? I had to literally click on and open in browser about 50 posts to clear it out. ;) Otherwise, amazing. :D :D

All unseen post are cleared out 30 seconds after closing the app :)

yeah! It should clear the count once you open and close the app (by clicking the "P" icon). Let me know if it's not working as expected!
Yep, works great! The only thing I'm not seeing is that slider to set filter out lower voted posts. Is that coming in the next update?

you should see a slide in the settings menu to filter out things with lower upvotes. Let me know if you can't find it!
Would you consider building a Windows 10 app? Navigating Product Hunt on would be awesome.
great choice of keeping it up in menu bar. Mine didn't update after waking up from sleep, not sure whether it's specific to me 10.11.4 . Let me know if more information is needed.
ya i'm also struggling to get the mac menu bar app working.. says there nothing to show and it can't hunt new posts. i'm running 10.11.5 -- app is 1.0.1 -- any ideas?

Awesome app. And it'd be great if we can filter posts like only tech and games.
Loving the rapid access... want to be able to use the lil buttons (vote, launch in new tab, etc) straight for the list, rather than loading the PH page first. (but i recognize the potential page view tension there)
