Hey, I'm one of the engineers at Process Street working on these features. I think the most challenging part was turning what is essentially a chatbot, into a business assistant of some sorts. ChatGPT has massive business "knowledge", i.e. it has been trained on an enormous amount of data about company processes, operating procedures and know-how. We needed to transform this generic knowledge into Process Street workflows, offering a reliable, educational and enjoyable user experience. It obviously requires good GPT prompts, but also sophisticated logic so that the generation process remains fast and error-free. We're offering a lot more in this product than just a wrapper for ChatGPT. I'm very excited about this launch, and we're working on even more features which are bound to be released soon! :)

Sure, here's a sneak peek: - Improvements to existing features - generating workflow features like approval tasks & task due dates (e.g. ChatGPT figures out that in an accounting workflow, we should ask for an approval from the accountant) - Generating text content inside widgets, while being aware of the business context - A curated list of suggestions on what workflows to generate, to get started with the feature even faster Also, another squad is working on a very promising feature of workflow tasks that you can automate with AI! That will be amazing! Imagine ChatGPT doing the heavy lifting of filling out certain form fields for you.
