We got tired of vague meeting invites, no agendas, and spending hours in calls without a clear purpose.
When we started talking to others about it, we realized we weren’t alone and something had to be done.
So we built Prepped, a lightweight assistant that lives inside Google Calendar and helps you prep smarter, faster, and with less friction.
Here’s what it can already do:
✅ Suggests clear objectives & agendas when you create a meeting
⚠️ Flags vague invites in your calendar
📬 Sends a one-click nudge to ask for more context
No new app. No tab-switching.
Just better meetings and more control over your time.
We’re still early and would love your feedback: feature ideas, edge cases, or anything you wish it could do.
I’ve always used my calendar to create some sense of control. But over time it stopped working. Vague invites, no agendas, back-to-back meetings with no space to think. I started building little hacks to fix it, just for myself.
Then I met Stefan. He had been thinking about the exact same problem. Different setup, same frustration. We clicked immediately and decided to build something better together.
That’s how Prepped started.
It’s still early. Still evolving. But it already helps me show up better, and feel more in control of my time.

I want to master my calendar again. Just tried it and the event flagging feature is a time saver! I also like the host notification feature. Awesome work team Prepped!
