I have a better idea for Facebook: how about creating actual functioning customer support instead of spending resources copying everything everyone else does?

That was fast. Really interested to see how the integration with Facebook is (or isn't). Interesting, to sign up we had to log in with Twitter, not Facebook. So there's hope that this would truly act as a standalone app...for starters.

So which countries is #Hotline now available in?
