I'm probably the worst person to ask about routines because I’m pretty bad at this! Once I sit in front of my computer and get in the zone working on a project, time just flies away so fast that I completely lose track of it. ​I easily reach the end of the day looking at my fitness tracker only to realize I've barely hit 2,500 steps. When you're genuinely lost in the flow of coding and building, the chair basically becomes part of you 😅 ​Definitely need to start forcing myself to take at least some hydration breaks!

 I think that's actually the hardest part when you're deeply focused, taking a break feels like the last thing on your mind.

Do you think you'd respond better to subtle reminders throughout the day, or do you mostly ignore them once you're in the zone?
