Posture Pal uses the motions sensors in your AirPods to detect your posture. The posture pal characters will give subtle reminders from the bottom of your Mac to help you sit straight.

Love the Idea! I tried to install it, but it requires the latest macOS. I will definitely try to use it as soon as I update.
Could be a great app for iOS as well!
