I was one of the people who had an inbox of 9k+ emails - the large number did not faze me and I could merrily go along my day (and ignorantly sign up for every newsletter possible). In regards to the job search, keeping track of emails quickly became problematic as my vast wave of white noise email would envelope recruiter/company outreach. At this point, I had to nuke my entire inbox and mark everything as read. Maintaining inbox zero has been critical and Polymail allows me to do so. Email tracking, unsubscribing , delayed emailing are a few great features Polymail has to provide. Most importantly, Polymail is beautiful. Gmail's WebUI gets the job done, but I would much rather look at a stunning client and enjoy my time purging my inbox.
