What would make a career readiness signal actually useful?
We’re launching PokeBot on July 14 as a career readiness layer for hiring: https://pokebot.ai
The problem we’re thinking about: AI has made it easier to generate resumes, cover letters, and interview answers — but harder to know who is actually ready for a role.
PokeBot helps candidates move from career direction to resume feedback, mock interviews, skill-gap tracking, readiness progress, and warm-intro opportunities.
We’re curious how Product Hunt users think about this:
What would make a “career readiness signal” genuinely useful and trustworthy?
For candidates: would it be interview scores, skill-gap tracking, role-fit feedback, practice history, project evidence, or something else?
For recruiters or hiring teams: what evidence would make you more willing to take a warm intro seriously?
Would love your thoughts as we prepare for launch.
