Poké EV - Rip it or keep it sealed? EV for every Pokémon TCG set

by•
Enter a set, a format (pack, booster box, ETB) and the price you paid. Poké EV multiplies documented pull rates by today's market prices and gives you an OPEN or KEEP verdict, the margin and your odds of actually breaking even. 130 sets, 18,948 cards priced daily, price history since July 2026, a confidence index on every result. No documented pull rates? It says "EV unavailable" instead of guessing. Free, no account, English and French.

Hi Product Hunt 👋 I built Poké EV because every "is this box worth opening?" thread ends the same way: someone guesses. So I wrote the math down instead. For each set, the site weights every card by its documented pull rate (large community opening campaigns, official Japanese rates when they exist) and today's market price: TCGplayer in dollars, Cardmarket in euros. Pack EV = Σ (pull rate × card value). You enter what you paid, it answers OPEN or KEEP, with the margin and the probability of actually breaking even (booster variance is huge, the average alone lies). A few rules I stuck to: - No invented numbers. No documented pull rates means "EV unavailable", not a guess. - Every EV carries a confidence index (pull-rate quality, price coverage, snapshot freshness). - Prices are raw Near Mint, never graded: a card pulled from a pack is not a PSA 10. - Price history is our own daily archive since July 2026, not purchased backdata. 130 sets, 18,948 cards priced every day, about 300 sealed products, English and French. Free, no account. I'd love to hear which set you'd want checked first, and where the numbers look off to you.
