I have been working on a large healthcare project for several months. One challenge we faced was, regardless of how much simpler and usable we make our website, there are always a set of users who don't know how to use our solution the right way, who cannot provide basic information (e.g., their browser version) for us to troubleshoot. They cannot even explain what the issue is, except saying "it doesn't work!!". In 99% of the cases, our analysis would end up in issue being user error. But for us, a lost opportunity.
