Plaudera - Customer feedback + feature request board for SaaS teams

Hey everyone! Fran here, maker of Plaudera 👋 I built this because I was tired of losing feature requests across Slack threads, emails, and random spreadsheets. Every SaaS builder knows the pain — a user drops a great idea in a support ticket and it just... disappears. Plaudera gives you a public board where users can submit and vote on feature requests, plus a widget you can embed directly in your app so feedback happens in context, not in some disconnected form. The bit I'm most excited about is the AI duplicate detection — turns out people ask for the same thing in wildly different ways ("dark mode" vs "night theme" vs "reduce eye strain").
