PlatformPilot - Give your company a brain that evolves and acts.

by
Knowledge is scattered across your tools. AI agents forget and start from zero every time. A company brain shouldn't. PlatformPilot connects your entire stack once and learns how your business actually works, in your terms, not generic defaults. Ask anything. Get answers and actions you can run from any channel. 200+ integrations. Plug your brain into any agent via MCP. A company brain that builds compounding memories, gets smarter every week, and stays yours.

Hi ProductHunt,

I'm Laura, co-founder of PlatformPilot.

While building the first versions of PlatformPilot, we realized we weren't just shipping an agent platform to run a business. We were sitting on something bigger: a company brain that actually learns your business.

It’s not another copilot that answers what's on your screen. Not another search bar over your data. Something that actually learns your business. And gets sharper with every question and action it takes.

My co-founder and I built this after years at Microsoft, Workday, and VMware. We saw the same pattern everywhere: smart teams and great tools. The problem is they don’t talk to each other. Someone needs a number. Five searches across tools later, still no answer.

It connects to 200+ tools in minutes. Every memory makes the brain smarter. Stays in your cloud, open via MCP.

Funny timing: YC recently put “Company Brain” on their Request for Startups, describing almost exactly what we’d already built.

I'd genuinely like your take on:

  • What's the one question you'd most want to ask your company brain?

If this hits close to home, we'd love to hear from you. Reply here or DM me.

Happy to answer anything below.

The company brain framing is strong especially the part about agents starting from zero every time.

Most teams already have the knowledge somewhere, but it’s scattered.

How you handle conflicting information across tools does PlatformPilot surface the source/context, or does it try to resolve the answer automatically?

@dmitrii_volosatov hi Dmitrii, Indeed is a well known problem in the industry. PlatformPilot handles both cases, we can you show in a demo. My calendar: https://cal.com/d/oTuNE3MNa3m4wS... Cheers, Laura
