Just open-sourced HandoffKit, a coordination library for parallel AI coding agents.

Instead of fighting over a shared scratchpad, agents pass messages and transfer task ownership cleanly (inspired by how Go handles goroutines).

We ve been using it internally and it s helped us ship significantly faster with parallel agents.
MIT licensed + comes with a Codex plugin.
