Co-founded by an early childhood teacher with 6+ years in the classroom, we know firsthand how many late nights are lost to documentation. Hi, we are James & Terria 👋 We are from Perth, Australia. I am a software developer, and my partner, Terria is a bilingual early childhood teacher with over 6 years of experience in the field. I have seen firsthand how demanding the job can be. Long days with children, supporting families, managing expectations… and then bringing paperwork home at night. Planning and documentation started to eat into our family time. It wasn’t sustainable, and it wasn’t fair. I built PlanRelief because I wanted to help Terria and educators like her around the world. Not to replace the heart you bring to your work , but to reduce the admin load that follows you home. This is just the beginning. PlanRelief is in its first release, and I genuinely hope it gives you back a little breathing room and more time for yourself and the people you love.
