As a startup founder, there are times, even now that I struggle to find the right steps to take in understanding my market fit and finding market fit. I find myself trying to keep track of my action items and keep track in spreadsheets, notes, etc.. on things I've done and need to do. Until I get meetings, paid customer signed up, etc... I can find it difficult to find out where I am in my current journey. This is why I made Pivotly, I wanted a tool for myself that would help me track and understand my current traction in product market fit on my startup, feature, or idea. The general idea is: 1. You submit a your current traction, product, and struggles. 2. Our AI returns a response of tasks for you take action on while also giving you your current PMF score (0 - 100). 3. you manage your action items (task) under the tasks section with due dates. 4. Re-run your reports with updated information on how you've progressed and see where your PMF score goes up to while also getting new tasks to execute on.

Really interesting concept. Would save hours of work to new founders. How big of a data set is your AI trained on?

not too huge - leverages my own tensorflow model with a mass dump of general biz knowledge and then uses chatgpt for formulating the response.
I can see how this can be a powerful tool for those who feel stuck in their journey and don't know what next steps to take. How do you want to improve Pivotly in the future?

great question. Honestly this has been a tool for me personally and I think there are two immediate areas of improvement: 1. add a better way to graph or download your product market fit report with scores as a PDF and track it later. 2. add graphing to show your progress as you create "more" market reports on your specific pivot. Any other suggestions?

Are there specific parameters that you base your suggestions on?

it's based on the users current business model, traction, struggles, and end goals. It leverages that with general principals in business and startups to provide a general strategy. I think there is some more tailoring I could do.
