What would stop you from asking a client to use PinReview?

We launch on Product Hunt on October 19, and before then I'd love to hear the honest concerns people have about using a feedback tool with clients.

A few things I'm curious about:

• Would your clients actually click and comment on the site, or would they keep sending emails and WhatsApp messages?

• Is "no account needed" enough for them, or is anything still confusing?

• Would you rather add our one-line script to a client's site, or use the Chrome extension so nothing gets installed?
