Hey Product Hunt 👋
I am Sophia and I’m excited to share PhantomShift with you! PhantomShift is an AI copilot for red team operators and penetration testers. It sits directly in the operator’s workflow — watching terminal sessions, tracking context across the kill chain, and suggesting next steps in real time. It also generates mission reports automatically, and one of the things we’re most excited about is how it can support training new operators by acting like a sparring partner, showing tradecraft in context while leaving the human in control.
Who’s it for?
- Experienced red-teamers who want to move faster and stay situationally aware
- Teams who are onboarding new operators and need a way to accelerate their learning without slowing down operations
- Those who want to develop their skills with an “expert” in-the-loop
We started PhantomShift because we’ve been in the trenches where every second counts. Copy-pasting into your browser mid-operation just didn’t cut it, so we asked: what would it take for an assistant to think like an operator under pressure? After months of tinkering with prompt logic, retrieval pipelines, and operator feedback, PhantomShift was born.
Our goal with this launch is simple: get feedback. We want to learn how PhantomShift could fit into your workflows, where it hits the mark, and where it needs to go next. The prototype is free to try right now, and we’d love to connect with anyone curious about testing it out.
What do you think — could an AI copilot like this make your red team ops (or training) easier and more effective?

Quick update from the PhantomShift team 🚀
We just published a new blog post that walks through the Recon phase of a red team mission — with a full demo video showing PhantomShift in action.
If you’ve been curious about how the AI copilot actually works behind the scenes (and what it feels like to use), this one’s for you:
