How does PersonaChat ensure the accuracy and depth of the personas it generates, especially when dealing with diverse user demographics and behaviors?
@10xmarketer Hi Gridharee, great question. We're doing a few different things in the background. Here's a quick overview.
1) We generate hidden character trait metrics that influence the way in which personas respond to surveys and interviews. For example, a Tech Entrepreneur is more open to adopting new technology than a cashier. This would reflect in the way each of those personas answer any given question.
2) Each persona independently answers each question in the survey to create an aggregated response. You can then dig deeper to see how each persona responded to any given question.
3) We use logprobs to show the user how confident the AI model is on the accuracy of the response to the survey, given the context of the persona.
We are testing a few more features too but I'll save that for another day.

Such a great idea. I'll interview these personas and ask them if they'll spend their fictional money on my app instead of me contacting real humans with real money.

@kingromstar haha I highly recommend doing some real research too! Persona Chat is designed to be a starting point. It allows you to present a semi informed hypothesis rather than an uninformed one. Specially when we're talking about addressing a problem you do not know much about.

I just started to get more into the design of products using Figma. Of course, I rushed into building the designs themself rather than building out user personas. Glad to know that there is a tool that will support my growth in such a crucial area of design.

Wow I was just on an Inventor's podcast where we were talking about the early stages of product validation and this could be incredibly insightful for designers to realize blindspots they might have for their own product but that this type of "focus group" feedback could reveal.
