I built an Android app for doing common PDF operations locally on the phone. The goal was to make simple PDF operations available without requiring users to upload their documents to a web service. It supports common operations such as merging, splitting, converting and working with PDF files directly on the device. I built it because I wanted a simple offline-oriented alternative for people who occasionally need PDF utilities but don't want to send documents to an online service.
