AlmariSuite CRM is an all in one software, completing putting your customer workflow within one dashboard. We have launched a built-in invoice payment system using Whop Payments. You can receive payments from clients directly by sending public invoice payment links in our AlmariSuite. Furthur, you can also withdraw your received payments directly within the dashboard. OR you can also withdraw your payments from your Whop Payments dashboard.

We have launched a built-in invoice payment system using Whop Payments. You can receive payments from clients directly by sending public invoice payment links in our PayTrack CRM. Furthur, you can also withdraw your received payments directly within the dashboard. OR you can also withdraw your payments from your Whop Payments dashboard. This feature is currently beta, but its working quite fine for receiving payments. We are consistent of making software better for everyone. And we will keep launching new features. Hoping you and your team can use it.

the WhatsApp reminders are honestly a nice touch, but it would be cool if you could also let clients actually reply to those messages and have that convo pop up right inside the customer 360 profile so nothing gets lost in the chat

Finally tried PayTrack CRM and the WhatsApp reminders feature is a standout, super practical for chasing invoices without awkward phone calls.

Been using PayTrack CRM for a few weeks now and really like how the WhatsApp reminders tie into invoices. One thing that would save me a lot of time is a built-in bulk payment reminder sequence that auto-adjusts the tone based on how late the invoice is. Right now I have to manually send each nudge and figure out the wording.

honestly looks solid for a free crm, you guys have a lot packed in already. one thing that would actually be useful is a basic forecasting view, like projecting expected revenue based on your lead pipeline stages and close rates. would save me from having to pull that data out into a separate sheet every week.
