How well does the WhatsApp reminder actually handle replies - can the agent jump back into the full customer history without leaving the chat?
@remziyeb13215 Hi Remziye Balbaşoğlu, no that's not possible yet. As the WhatsApp reminders are currently manual which uses Click to Whatsapp Links in order to send message. We will in future will use WhatsApp business api to make this possible. Also currently we do not support ai, but we are working on it and will add in the future. Stay tuned ✨
How does the WhatsApp reminders piece actually work — is it tied to your own business number or do I need to set up a separate API?
@sar_arslan46424 Hi Bünyamin Sarıarslan, it's tied to your business WhatsApp number which you can add through your business profile. When you add customers in the customers tab, you can input customers WhatsApp number. In this way when you click on send WhatsApp reminder for invoices, it redirects the message to your customers WhatsApp number.
