Paste 5 - The first collaborative clipboard manager

Paste is a productivity tool for Mac, iPhone, and iPad that supercharges your clipboard. It saves everything you copy, lets you easily organize and search it, and now includes Shared Pinboards to collaborate with others and reuse content across devices.

Paste 5 - your clipboard has become a superhero!

If you are still copying and pasting like in the stone age, stop immediately! Paste 5 is revolutionizing the world of productivity, and I can't contain my excitement about how this app has transformed my workflow.

Imagine: no more frantically switching between windows to find a link you copied an hour ago, no more suffering from accidental buffer overwrites, and no more endless “Ctrl+C / Ctrl+V” repetitions. Paste 5 stores your entire copy history, organizes it into smart collections and allows you to instantly find the right fragment - even text, image, or file!

What drives me crazy (in a good way):

- Synchronization between devices - started on Mac, continued on iPhone, it's like magic!

- Smart Search - even text within screenshots or PDFs. Yes, it's real!

- Stylish minimalism - the interface is so elegant you want to admire it.

- Fast Keys - paste any item in a second without even touching the mouse.

Paste 5 is not just a tool, it's your personal assistant that anticipates your desires. After a week of use, I catch myself thinking, “How did I live without this before?”. This is the case when a subscription is 300% justified - the time, nerves and efficiency are worth it.

Really interesting take on productivity tools — turning the clipboard into a collaborative space. Would be great for my team! Do you offer a team plan?

Dmitry Obukhov

@dimamat this is our next priority - we receive lots of request from team, so collaboration is our first step to make it real.

I’m curious how teams are using this day-to-day. Any plans to showcase templates or examples of how people organize shared content?

Dmitry Obukhov

@artyom_zhuravlev We’ve collected some use cases in this blog post: https://pasteapp.io/blog/collaborative-clipboard, and we hope our users will share even more over time!

Paste takes clipboard management to the next level across Mac, iPhone, and iPad. The addition of Shared Pinboards makes teamwork so much smoother—saving and sharing content has never been easier. Excited to see how this boosts productivity for so many users!

I've been using Paste for quite a while, and I couldn't imagine a world without it. While version 5 brings a collab feature I don't plan to use, the app is still one of my favourites!

Dmitry Obukhov

@jf_martin happy to have you with us! Though we hope one day you’ll give it a try 😀

Jf Martin

@dobk I wasn't clear enough: I do use and subscribe to Paste, but I don't use the collab features.

Hey team!

I love Paste and use it every day, but I’ve run into a problem with the new version.

The “Support us on ProductHunt” banner appears on launch — but it won’t close.

The “X” and “Vote” buttons don’t work at all. The banner just stays on the screen and blocks everything.

I’ve completely removed and reinstalled Paste, cleared system cache, WebKit, everything — but the banner is still there.

Is there any way to disable or remove it? It’s making the app unusable for me.

Thanks in advance!

Dmitry Obukhov

@will_deal oh no, that shouldn't have happened! Rich out to us at pasteapp.io/contact and we will try to help!

Will Deal

@dobk Hi Dmitry, thanks for your reply!

I tried to reach out via the website — specifically the “Still have a question? Get in touch with us” section — but the button doesn’t seem to be active or clickable on my end.

So I’ve sent an email instead to support@pasteapp.io just to be sure.

Can you confirm if that’s the right way to contact the team?

Thanks in advance!

Dmitry Obukhov

@will_deal confirmed! Also, the issue has already been resolved, and you’ll receive the update shortly once the Setapp team publishes it.
