Settings are saved locally and encoded into a shareable URL, so a link carries your exact rule set - not just a random password. No signup, no tracking, runs entirely in your browser.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I built Password Generator because most password tools I used either forgot my settings every time, or made me dig through five toggles just to exclude the letter "l" from looking like "1". This one remembers what you like — character rules, length, symbols — and can even encode that into a shareable URL, so a link carries your exact setup, not just one random password. It's completely free, no signup, and runs entirely in your browser (crypto.getRandomValues under the hood — nothing sent to a server). It's also one of a handful of small, free tools I've been building under Tiny Desk — no-login utilities for stuff I kept needing myself.
